SALES POLICY (12/01/2022)

We are located outside of 20 minutes East of Durant, OK. In a small town called Bennington. All sales are local pickup unless you have made shipping arrangements with us prior to purchase.

​

GOAT AND DOG DEPOSIT

GOAT AND KIDS: A deposit of $50 for registered goats and for non-registered goats is due to reserve the animal until weaning age for kids or up to 30 days for adults with arrangements made, then the final payment is expected at pickup. Deposits are non refundable... if the buyer does not go through with the sale, or does not pick up their animal on the agreed upon date then they will not be refunded. We accept Paypal (friends and family only), Venmo or cash. REMAINING AMOUNT DUE IS PAID IN CASH AT PICKUP.

PUPPIES: All puppies are required to have a deposit to hold/reserve them, the deposit amount is $250, this is to hold the puppy until weaning age (8 weeks old). Getting a puppy is a huge commitment, if you decide to back out after placing a deposit please know that deposits are non-refundable.

 

If something happens to puppy before it has reached the age to go home in my care, then the deposit will be refunded or transferred to another puppy if available.

 

We accept Paypal (friends and family only), Venmo or cash. REMAINING AMOUNT DUE IS PAID IN CASH AT PICKUP.

 

All puppies will have tails and dewclaws removed, have a health examination by vet, be dewormed at 2,4,6, and 8 weeks of age. The will also have their age appropriate shots and initial vet visit before leaving. They will also come with their ASDR registration applications at time of pick up.

GOAT POLICY

All horned kids will be disbudded (usually just registered goats) before they leave unless you have chosen (within the first week after birth) and paid a deposit on the animal you wish to keep horns.

​

All kids that stay until weaned (8 - 12 weeks) will be up to date on CD & T Vaccines, Deworming if needed. All goats are sold healthy, if the goat becomes sick in your care I am not responsible. Once the goat leaves my farm, I am no longer in control of them. If the goat becomes sick or dies in MY care, I will refund deposit or allow you to transfer that deposit to another kid or future kid.

We do not sell bottle babies (unless on a rare occurrence a baby is forced to be one by unforeseen circumstances, then I, the owner/seller has the right to decide if baby will be sold a bottle baby or at weaning age.) Babies are raised by Dam.

​

I will not sell a single goat, unless proven you have an existing herd or have a companion for goat. Goats are herd animals, they require another goat to live a full and happy life.

I do NOT ship goats, if transport is made to pick up then that is the buyers responsibility and I, the seller have no part in the transaction between transporter & buyer.

​​

I, the seller/owner, retain the right to keep any kid/goat on this farm. We also retain the right to refuse a buyer.

 

Prices are also subject to change at anytime.

Do not show up unannounced, appointment is required to come to our ranch. This is for our safety and for yours. We have 24 hour surveillance cameras and multiple guard dogs.
